S2T Aero Ltd. are replacing their AT-3 demonstrator G-SPAT with a new aircraft and would like to offer interested individuals or groups the opportunity of acquiring shares in G-SPAT to form a new low cost flying group based either at North Weald in UK or Heubach in Germany or possibly another location (outright sale also possible - see below).

Currently the aircraft, built in 2004, has approx. 500 hrs. airframe/engine (TBO engine is 1500 hrs).  Fuel consumption in the cruise is only 16 litres/hour.  Hourly cost approx. £45 / hour. wet (incl. engine fund).

 Apart from a share/group scheme we would also consider selling the aircraft outright.

(a sale via Denmark to save on VAT is possible).
